Submit a helpdesk ticket for resetting a voicemail's password if needed.

Checking Desk Phone Voicemail:

1. Pickup the phone (or use speaker)
2. Select the Voicemail button.
3. Click on Call Voicemail.
   
4. Enter your voicemail password when prompted then press #.
5. From the "Main Menu", select option 7 to record/manage your personal greeting.
